Sycamore is a residential development by Capitaland. It is situated in Bin Duong, a new town just outside Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Sycamore champions a higher living in a grounded being, its emphasis on nature is a key direction in our immersive content design.

An immersive film is played on a large curved screen with a scale model in front, showing visitors Sycamore’s location in relation to other amenities within the new town. Apart from graphical information, the scale model is also used as an extension to the large screen to showcase the green spaces all throughout Sycamore. We designed a several special moments between the curve screen and scale model to create a cohesive experience.
